Terms and Conditions

We may change the following terms from time to time without notice.
Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Contract
By placing an order on this site, you (buyers who must be aged 18 or over) agree to these Terms and Conditions. We ('Bright Rune Ltd' trading as 'Graham Chabas - Artisan Jeweller') have the right to cancel an order at any time before it has been supplied by refunding any monies previously taken for that order.
If any point of this contract is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the contract will still remain in force. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Any contracts between you and Graham Chabas Artisan Jeweller on the purchase of goods or services shall be governed with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Should there be any violation or dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Pricing
All transactions on this site are conducted in GBP pounds (£) sterling, and you will be billed in GBP pounds (£) sterling.
Where international currency conversions are given, these are intended as a guide only.
Where appropriate V.A.T. is automatically added at the current rate of 17.50%. (For U.K. & E.U. destinations)
Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed.
Product prices do not include postage, which is added at the checkout.
Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 28 days of receipt of payment, however this is a guide only.
We will contact each purchaser (via email) to imform them of the expected dispatch date for their order once payment is received.
Acceptance of the order will be confirmed (via email) once payment has been taken.
We may choose not to accept any order at our discretion.
We may choose to deliver your order only to the billing address of your credit or debit card, and may require someone to sign for the order at delivery.
Purchases will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
We will not be responsible for any charges occurring as a result of a carrier being unable to deliver the order.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable by a carrier will be re-dispatched at the customer’s discretion upon payment of further delivery costs. (your statutory rights are not affected)
We do not offer a trade counter or any form of customer collection service.
All orders are made on the acknowledgement that they will be dispatched by postal courier.
International Delivery
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer if the destination country is outside the European Union.
Countries within the European Union will be charged VAT at the standard rate.
We will not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier and/or customs clearance.
We will not be responsible for any charges incurred while clearing customs.
We do not accept any liability to any events or dispute arisen from prohibited goods as each country has different import and customs rules. Hence, you are liable to check all the import regulations and legislation in your own country to ensure what you order from us is/are permitted and not restricted and/or prohibited in your country.
We are not liable for custom declaration or application of custom permit arising from import restrictions of the destination country.
Please check before you place an order that the items are not prohibited in the country you wish to ship them to.
Payment
We do not hold any details relating to credit or debit cards.
Credit/debit card details supplied by customers are used at the time of purchase to authorise payment only.
Your order will be charged in GBP pounds (£) sterling, other currencies may be shown on the website as a guide only.
The final amount charged will be equivalent to the GBP pounds (£) sterling value at the time of purchase, subject to the exchange rate and any charges imposed by the credit card issuer.
The prices of goods shown on the website are subject to change without notification.
Order Cancellation
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we are unable to accept order cancellation.
We do not offer refunds.
Repair Service
We take pride in our products and the work that goes into making them.
All our products are carefully inspected at several points before they are dispatched to the customer.
The customer accepts that our products are items of an ornamental nature, and any physical damage occurring during wear or storage the customer's responsibility.
At our discretion we will undertake repairs to products that we have previously sold.
Such repairs will be charged to the customer, the specific costs being agreed upon before work commences.
Product Image
The colour and size of products displayed on our website may vary when viewed on different devices. The colour represented on any given device should be taken as an indication only. It can sometimes be difficult to compare product sizes due to the photographic techniques used when taking the product pictures. Please refer to the size information supplied for each product to get a more accurate idea.
